Scoped work. Clear prices.

Start with a free check or a workflow conversation. We agree the job, the finish line and a fixed build price before work begins. The defined order-desk offers below have their own scope and terms.

The public website check is free. For internal operations or marketing work, bring one workflow to a conversation. Custom integrations receive their own scope and price.

Planning a larger order-desk build?

The two-week Readiness Assessment is $3,500 CAD, credited to the agreed Foundation build. It checks your catalog, data access and ordering workflow, establishes a baseline, and produces a written scope and price.

If the assessment does not show recoverable value of at least three times the proposed monthly total, you keep the report and demo and we recommend not building. This is a go/no-go decision, not a refund promise or a claim of savings already achieved.

01 · PO Intake pilot · CAD

Start with the PO Intake pilot.

Forward purchase orders with your product list and order history. Get drafts back for your team to check, with uncertain lines flagged and a weekly handling-time report. Start with the free sample. Confirm data fit, scope and a start date before paying.

For shops receiving about 7 or more emailed POs a day. Volume is a starting point: the time saved after review needs to justify the fee.

one-time setup
$2,500
per month · CAD
$1,500
in shadow mode
2 weeks

300 POs a month included, then $3 per PO. You set the cap.

$7,000 CAD initial base commitment: $2,500 setup plus $4,500 for the first quarter, before tax. Overages are additional within your agreed cap.

Drafts arrive as an ERP import file or a table your team keys from. Your team reviews them. Nothing connects to your ERP until you move to the Order Desk.

Billed quarterly in advance, from signing.

If the shadow match rate on reviewed lines is under 90%, we refund the quarter. The setup fee is kept.

How the shadow test is scored

Before signing, agree a representative test batch and how correctness is scored across every line in it. A held or incorrect line is not a successful match. Historical prices need separate review; the match-rate condition is not a promise of current prices or financial savings.

The sample is free. Nothing enters your system.

Onboarding dates agreed before signing.

Does the time saved justify the fee?

Use your own figures. Count the time still spent checking, correcting and entering the draft. A faster draft is only useful if the whole job takes less work.

Base commitment: $7,000 before tax: $2,500 setup plus $4,500 for the first quarter. Usage above 300 POs in a month adds $3 per PO, within your agreed cap.

This estimates released staff capacity, not guaranteed payroll savings. It excludes possible error reduction or extra sales. The pilot must establish the actual handling time; higher volume alone does not prove a good fit.

Then: the full order desk

A two-week assessment for $3,500, credited to the build. The build connects your ERP and puts your catalog, prices and order flow online. Each agent does one job for one price and has its own line on the report.

If the assessment can't find it, we say so. If two weeks on your data don't show recoverable value of at least three times your monthly total, you keep the report and the demo and we tell you not to build.

Allow four to eight weeks for the agreed foundation scope. Data readiness and adapter work can change the schedule; confirm the build date in the assessment report.

Build is fixed in your assessment report. Half to start, half when orders flow untouched and prices match on a 200-order replay.

Platform plan runs twelve months, then month to month. Add or drop agents any month. Your data and documentation are yours.

After twelve months, you can walk away if it stops earning its keep.

See it on your own orders first.

Five of last week's POs and your product list. Matched lines and review flags, back within three business days of receiving the required, usable files.
