Send the files.
Up to five PDF or email POs and a product CSV with part numbers and descriptions. Include customer part mappings if needed. Order history is optional and only needed for historical prices. Remove personal details that are not needed for the match.

See what matched.
You get a table with the requested quantity, matched part, customer part number if one was used, and the lines that need a person. An unclear part or missing mapping stays flagged.

Check it with your desk.
Prices appear only when supported by the history you supplied. The output is a draft for review. We do not write to your ERP or send an order.
