Less retyping. Fewer loose ends.

We connect your website, inbox and business tools so requests move forward without copying the same details twice.

Inside the system

Catalog

01 / Website · With the foundation

Let the catalog answer.

Product pages or a widget in your existing site. Customers can find a part by your number or their own, with the pricing rules connected in the foundation.

Starts with
Your product data · known part numbers
Returns
Searchable parts · customer pricing · quantity breaks

The catalog and its connection are scoped before the build. Example prices are not a live quote.

Try the part lookup

Illustrative interface. No live data or system connection.

Shopping Feed

02 / Marketing · Add to the order desk

Keep the product details together.

Keep your catalog in Google Merchant Center, resolve feed errors and report the orders the feed brought in. It uses the same product foundation as your site.

Starts with
Structured product data · catalog updates
Returns
Maintained feed · error checks · attributed orders

Publishing a feed is not a promise of traffic or sales. Larger catalogs are quoted.

PO Intake

03 / Operations · One way to start

The order arrives. A draft comes back.

Try a free sample against your product list. If it fits, scope a pilot that returns drafts to your inbox and reports reviewed matches, exceptions and handling time each week.

Starts with
Forwarded POs · product export · order-history export
Returns
Draft by email · review flags · weekly scorecard

The sample is reviewed manually. Recurring pilot scope and a start date are agreed before signing. No ERP connection is included in the pilot.

Cross-Reference

04 / Data · Add to the order desk

Find the part. Keep the uncertainty visible.

Resolve known customer and competitor part numbers against confirmed cross-references. When a match cannot be confirmed, the request goes to a person instead of becoming a guess.

Starts with
Customer or competitor part number
Returns
Confirmed equivalent · unresolved lines for review

A similar number is not proof of an equivalent part. The example shows the matching pattern only.

Buying-Agent Gateway

05 / Coming · Coming

A new way in. The same rules.

A planned gateway for purchasing software to read catalog data, availability and contract pricing, then request an order inside your approval and credit rules.

Starts with
A purchasing system’s structured request
Returns
Catalog · availability · pricing · controlled intake

This gateway is coming. It does not bypass the ERP or replace your approval gates.

Wonpost / Inside the system

A useful first step

One workflow. A clear finish line.

Find the handoff that costs your team time. Agree what a better result looks like, then build and test that connection.

01

See the gap.

The free website check looks at public product pages, part search and the route to an enquiry or order. Get up to three priorities with evidence. No internal access needed.

02

Agree the result.

For work behind the site, map one workflow together. Agree the inputs, output, responsibilities, price and acceptance check before a build.

03

Keep what works.

Test against real examples with your team. Scope monitoring and support separately, then add another workflow when the first earns its place.

For a product website, start with the check. For work behind the site, talk through one workflow.

What we connect

One handoff at a time.

Operations

A website enquiry reaches the right person with the details attached. An emailed order becomes a draft for the team to check.

Marketing

Product details stay consistent across your site and feeds. A recorded enquiry can be followed through to its outcome where your tools support it.

Custom integrations

Connect the tools you already use. Agree what moves, where it goes, and who handles missing information before building.

Example · Order intake

An emailed order. A draft you can check.

See which parts match your product list, which lines need attention, and which prices your supplied history supports. Try it on up to five real orders before discussing a pilot.

Illustrative example, not a measured customer result.

Youcheck

  • Ambiguous parts and missing detailsFlagged
  • Last-paid prices where history supports themHistorical
  • A draft table to inspect with your teamYour review

Your team checks the result. Missing history stays unpriced. A similar part number is not treated as a confirmed match. Nothing enters your ERP in the sample.

Example · Connected operations

One connected order desk.

One example of a larger integration: connect the catalog, customer pricing and order flow around the systems a business already uses.

The full Order Desk connects web orders, emailed POs, phone notes and buying agents to your ERP, warehouse and monthly report. The PO Intake pilot comes first and has no ERP connection.

Emailed POIn the full Order Desk, the PO Intake Agent reads the PDF: a bearing, a contactor and a box of fasteners. It matches the parts, uses last-paid prices from order history, and prepares a draft for review. Unclear lines are held for a person.

Before we build

A clear job. A clear finish line.

Your accounts and data stay yours. Your team keeps control of approvals.

Do we need to replace our software?

We start with the tools you have. Access, export formats and connection limits are checked before quoting. If a built-in feature solves the job, we recommend that first.

What happens when the information is wrong?

Agree what can proceed and what needs a person. In the PO sample, unclear matches and missing price history are flagged. A draft is not an approved order or a current price quote.

What am I committing to?

The website check and five-PO sample are free. A custom build starts with a written scope and price. Paid pilots, assessment fees and ongoing support are separate decisions, with their terms shown on Pricing.

Who looks after it once it is built?

The scope names who handles monitoring, fixes and exceptions. Ongoing operation has agreed coverage and usage limits; it is not unlimited new development. Data, access and handover requirements are agreed before work starts.
