Terms of service

The service

Wonpost is operated by Brendan Elgie in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. These terms cover this website, pilot applications and participation in a Wonpost pilot, subject to any separate written pilot agreement. The data handling page and privacy policy explain how information is used.

The planned service connects selected CRM outcomes to Google Ads with their values and monitors conversion uploads. The marketing website collects applications. Submitting the form does not connect accounts, authorize access to customer data or begin a paid subscription.

Applications and participation

Provide accurate information and apply only for a business you are authorized to represent. Applying does not guarantee a place in the pilot. We will confirm availability, the supported connection, your setup, fees and the applicable terms before you join.

A specific written pilot agreement takes priority where it differs from these terms. You are not charged for submitting an application.

The pilot

The pilot offering includes setup with you, mapping the stages and values that matter to your business, and a monthly check-in with Brendan. The agreed setup determines which accounts, fields and conversion events are supported. Features may change during the pilot.

A connected service depends on the accounts you authorize and the availability of their services. Changes to those services, account permissions or your website may interrupt uploads. Unless your pilot agreement says otherwise, there is no service-level or support-response guarantee.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to act for your business and to connect each account. Keep your account access secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone has used it without permission.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the stages, values and other data you choose to send. You must have the right to collect that information and send it to Google, including any required notices and consent from your customers.

You must follow applicable law, Google's customer data policies and the terms of each connected platform. Do not send sensitive information that the service does not need, including policy or claim details, health information or payment details. Review Google's customer data policies before connecting customer information.

Fees and cancellation

$300 one-time setup, then $149 a month. Cancel any time.

We will confirm the price and any agency arrangement with you before setup. Applying does not authorize a charge. Any change to an agreed price will be communicated before it takes effect.

To cancel, email hello@wonpost.com. We will confirm when service and billing end. Cancellation stops future monthly renewals. Any refund or adjustment for work already completed will follow your written pilot agreement and applicable law.

Account access and cancellation are separate. Revoking a platform authorization does not by itself cancel a paid pilot agreement or remove information already sent to a connected platform. Contact us if you want to end the pilot or request deletion.

Acceptable use

Use Wonpost only for your authorized business activities. Do not use it to send unlawful data, access someone else's accounts, misrepresent conversions, bypass platform limits, interfere with the service or test its security without permission.

Your data remains yours. You give Wonpost only the permission needed to process it and send it to the accounts you choose while providing the service.

Advertising results

The planned service provides conversion information and connection monitoring. It does not control Google's matching, bidding or reporting, the quality of your leads, or whether a lead becomes a sale. We do not guarantee advertising results, revenue, a particular match rate or a return on ad spend.

Limits of responsibility

We will take reasonable care in providing the service. To the extent permitted by law, the pilot is provided as available without additional warranties. We are not responsible for interruptions or errors caused by connected platforms, incorrect data you supply or changes outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost advertising opportunities. Wonpost's total liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited or excludes your rights under applicable law.

Ending access

You may end your use of Wonpost at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, fail to pay agreed fees, create a security risk or use the service unlawfully. Where practical, we will explain the issue and give you a chance to fix it.

If we end the pilot for another reason, we will tell you and explain what happens to any prepaid service. We will also explain how the connection will be closed and how to request deletion. Ending access does not remove information already sent to Google.

Changes and governing law

We will notify active pilot customers of material changes to their terms before those changes apply. The laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there govern these terms, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
