Our clients trust us with their systems. Here’s how we handle that.
Keep ownership clear.
You own the code written for you, your data and your accounts. Where possible, builds live in your accounts. You receive the source and documentation.
Ask for the least access.
Read-only wherever possible, only the fields a build needs, and no shared passwords. Access is granted for the agreed work and can be revoked.
Agree confidentiality early.
An NDA is available on request before we see your systems or information. The project agreement sets out how client information may be used.
Know where data goes.
Hosting, storage and business communications may involve processing outside Canada. We discuss the environment and any location requirements before agreeing the build.
Keep your data for your work.
We do not sell client data or use it to train AI models. Any AI feature in a client system must have an agreed purpose and data handling arrangement.
Access has a purpose.
And an end.
We process client information only to deliver the work you have agreed to. A connection is not permission to use everything in a system. The scope determines the accounts, fields and actions involved.
When the work or support ends, we remove access we no longer need and return or delete client information in line with the agreement and legal requirements. We explain what must be retained and why.

Leave sensitive records out.
We do not need health information, payment card details or passwords to understand your project. Please leave them out of the contact form and initial emails.
For a build, we agree the minimum data needed. Commercially sensitive material, such as pricing logic and drawings, stays in your environment wherever possible.
On this website.
Connections use HTTPS. The contact form uses security verification and submission limits to reduce automated abuse. Enquiries are saved in our database and delivered to our business inbox.
We use cookieless, aggregate analytics to understand website visits and performance. There are no advertising pixels on this website.
