Systems Review

One to two weeks

We talk with the people doing the work, look at your systems and data, and map how a request becomes revenue today.

What you get

A written report showing where work gets stuck, what to fix first, and a fixed price for the first build. The report is yours to keep.

Build

Usually three to six weeks per phase

One focused phase, with a written scope, a finish line you agree to, and a clear list of what is out of scope.

What you get

A working system on your accounts where possible, documentation, and a handover session. We take on a small number of builds at a time so each one gets full attention.

Care or Run & Improve

Ongoing support

Keep the system running reliably, then improve it as your business changes. We agree the support and improvement work before it starts.

What you get

Monitoring, maintenance and a clear view of what needs attention. An improvement plan gives the next useful change a place to start.

Care

Hosting, monitoring, error alerts, updates when connected systems change, small fixes, and a short monthly health note.

Run & Improve

Everything in Care, plus a set amount of improvement work each month, a monthly review and a quarterly plan. Marketing work, when included, is scoped here.

Care and Run & Improve start with a three-month minimum, then you can cancel any time.

The scope comes first.

The number of systems, the way we can access them, the data cleanup involved and the people using the result all affect the work. We confirm those details in the review and agree a firm price before building.

We work with business management, customer, accounting and reporting systems, along with databases and spreadsheets. An API, a database connection or a regular export is usually a starting point. We confirm what is possible before promising a connection.

You own the code written for you, your data and your accounts. We keep the general-purpose tools we use across projects, and you receive a permanent licence to use them in what we build for you.

You get the source and documentation, so you can take the work in-house. The written agreement makes ownership and any third-party licences clear.
